Classification, licence requirements and denied-party status depend on the specific part, technology and transaction. Buyers are responsible for their own compliance obligations under applicable law.

Our approach

Orders and RFQs may be screened for destination, end use and restricted-party indicators. We may request end-user statements, intended application details or other documentation before accepting an order. Incomplete or inconsistent information can delay or block shipment.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate consignee, end-user and end-use information when requested.
  • Do not divert goods contrary to the laws of the exporting or importing country.
  • Obtain any licences or authorisations required for your program when you are the exporter of record or re-exporter.
  • Flag dual-use, defence-adjacent or restricted applications early in the RFQ so engineering and compliance can review together.

Screening

We reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions that we cannot clear under applicable export, sanctions or internal policy rules. A quote does not guarantee that a later order will clear screening if facts change.
