Who we are
This website is operated by Quantum Optx (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through quantumoptx.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what the site needs to function:

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Drawings and technical files
Files you upload with a quote request are treated as commercially confidential. They are used only to prepare your quotation and are not shared outside the people working on it. If your drawings require a non-disclosure agreement before you send them, tell us and we will put one in place first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotations are retained for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and form submissions are processed by that provider’s form service before reaching our inbox. Analytics are processed by our analytics provider in aggregated form. These providers act as processors on our behalf and may store data outside your country; where required, that transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Where analytics are enabled, they may set a cookie to distinguish repeat visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email sales@quantumoptx.com — we respond within one month.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security, a content security policy, and standard hardening headers. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, but we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
